Restore the Garden of Eden

God has given us the most beautiful place to live in.

Tall trees where birds sing, clean water forms where fish swim. Mountains and forests where herds of wild animals are found. Different plants that human subsistence comes from. Colorful flowers attract fauna and other insects. They make the peaceful surroundings full of life.

Humans ... the highest form of beings. God made them caretakers. But what did others do? They destroyed the pleasantness of the universe. From this, slowly the most beautiful place became the most destroyed avenue for living. Rivers full of garbage, and air pollution everywhere.

It's not yet too late to restore the Garden of Eden. We can be an agent or the main restorer. Let's plant trees everywhere, here and there. So that endangered animals can hibernate and reproduce. Let's learn to segregate biodegradable from the opposite. This can be used for growing plants.

Organize teams to do their part. Encourage them to do something good. If you're doing your part, eventually the Garden of Eden will still survive.

Awaken!
by: Anonymous

I was awakened by your message. Sometimes I took environment concerns for granted. I do not follow signs that protect the Earth. Seldom I join programs for ecological awareness.

Thank you for posting this.

I strongly agree!

Here in our school we sincerely practice the activities you have mentioned to restore the garden of Eden. Planting trees, sustaining containerized gardening, waste segregation, water and energy conservation ... in our OWN little way!

Involve your special education students!
by: Librada L. Napicog

The Special Education class can be one of the restorers. Today, our culminating activity for the school celebration of children with disability month is a tree planting activity. The parents accompanied their special children to do so. If we can do this, the more you could do it. We are gifted with talents to see and make the difference.
